These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit Ahmed Driving Academy, create an account, purchase a course, access our learning platform, or use any of our digital products or services.
Please read these Terms before making a purchase.
By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Ahmed Driving Academy
Ahmed Driving Academy is operated by:
Ahmed Driving Academy Ltd
Company Number: 15919099
Registered Office:
Unit 4, Storm 12 Plaza Shopping Centre
54 St. Marys Road

United Kingdom

In these Terms:
- "Ahmed Driving Academy", "ADA", "we", "us" and "our" mean Ahmed Driving Academy Ltd.
- "you" and "your" mean the person purchasing or using our Services.
- "Services" includes our websites, learning platform, courses, videos, learning tools, dashboards and other digital products.
2. Our Services
Ahmed Driving Academy provides online learning products for people preparing for UK driving theory and practical driving tests.
Our products may include:
- digital courses;
- recorded training videos;
- real learner driving examples;
- test-fault analysis videos;
- theory-test learning materials;
- practice questions;
- mock tests;
- hazard perception training;
- road-sign learning;
- progress tracking;
- AI-supported language features;
- checklists and study resources; and
- other digital learning tools.
The exact content, features, price and access period for each product will be shown on its product or checkout page.
3. TestFailAnalysis™
TestFailAnalysis™ is a digital learning product designed mainly for learner drivers who have previously failed a UK practical driving test.
It uses recorded driving-test examples and instructor explanations to help learners understand:
- what happened;
- why a driving fault may have been recorded;
- what an examiner would normally expect;
- what the learner could have done differently; and
- what skills may need further practice.
TestFailAnalysis™ is not a personalised driving-test report analysis service.
Purchasing the course does not mean that an instructor will personally review your individual DVSA test report unless a separate service clearly states that this is included.
You can compare the faults shown on your own test report with the examples and lessons available inside the course.
4. No Driving-Test Pass Guarantee
Ahmed Driving Academy does not guarantee that you will pass a DVSA theory or practical driving test.
Driving-test results depend on many factors, including:
- your driving ability;
- your preparation;
- your decisions during the test;
- road and traffic conditions;
- your understanding of the Highway Code;
- your practical training; and
- the assessment made by the examiner.
Our courses are learning and preparation tools.
Any separate money-back promise or course guarantee advertised by us relates only to the specific conditions stated in the relevant product page or Refund & Return Policy.
It is not a guarantee that you will pass your driving test.
5. DVSA and Government Disclaimer
Ahmed Driving Academy is an independent training company.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ahmed Driving Academy and its digital products are not produced by, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or another UK government body.
References to DVSA test standards, driving faults, reports, terminology or procedures are provided for educational purposes.
Official DVSA information and current UK law take priority if there is any difference between our course content and official information.
6. Your Account
Some Services require an Ahmed Driving Academy learning account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- use your own email address;
- keep your login details secure;
- not give another person access to your account; and
- tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your course access is licensed to you personally.
You may not sell, transfer, rent or share your account.
We may temporarily suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is being shared, misused or accessed in breach of these Terms.
7. Age Requirements
Our Services are intended for learners preparing for UK driving-related tests and training.
If you are under 18, you should purchase or use our paid Services with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
If a parent or guardian purchases a product for a person under 18, the purchaser is responsible for the purchase and payment.
8. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product.
Your order becomes accepted when:
- your payment has been successfully processed; and
- we send you confirmation or provide access to the purchased product.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including:
- suspected fraud;
- payment failure;
- a pricing or technical error;
- misuse of a promotional offer; or
- a breach of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after taking payment and you have not received the purchased product, we will refund the relevant payment.
9. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
The price displayed when you complete your purchase will normally be the price you pay.
Promotional prices may:
- be available for a limited period;
- have separate conditions;
- change without notice before purchase; and
- end at any time.
A later price change does not change the price of an order you have already completed.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, Stripe or another approved payment provider.
We do not normally store your full payment-card details.
10. Digital Delivery and Immediate Access
Our courses are digital products.
After a successful purchase, access may be provided immediately or through an account activation email.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address when purchasing.
Because digital content may be made available immediately, UK consumer cancellation rules for digital content may apply.
Where required by law, before immediate digital access begins, we may ask you to:
- expressly request immediate access; and
- acknowledge that starting digital supply may affect or end your statutory 14-day cancellation right.
This does not affect rights you may have if digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet UK consumer law.
It also does not affect any separate money-back guarantee that we choose to offer.
11. Course Access
Your access period is the period shown on the product page, checkout page or offer you purchased.
Different ADA products may have different access periods.
Lifetime Access
Where a product is specifically sold with Lifetime Access, this means continued access to that purchased course while Ahmed Driving Academy continues to operate and make that course available through its digital learning system.
It does not guarantee that:
- the same website or technology will operate forever;
- every feature will remain unchanged; or
- third-party technology will always remain available.
If we move the course to another learning system, your access may be transferred to the replacement platform.
If a lifetime-access product has to be permanently withdrawn, we will take reasonable steps, where practical, to give affected customers notice or another reasonable way to access the purchased learning material.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Course Updates
Driving rules, DVSA procedures, technology and course materials can change.
We may:
- update lessons;
- replace videos;
- correct errors;
- add new examples;
- remove outdated information;
- change the course structure; or
- improve learning features.
We may make these changes without asking existing learners for permission where they do not materially reduce the product that was purchased.
Material changes will not remove your statutory consumer rights.
13. AI and Language Support
Some Ahmed Driving Academy products may include AI-supported translations, subtitles, explanations or other language tools.
These tools are provided to help learners understand the learning material.
AI-generated content can sometimes contain errors or differences in meaning.
The original English instructor explanation should therefore be treated as the main ADA course content.
Official UK law, the Highway Code and official DVSA guidance take priority over any AI translation or AI-generated explanation.
You should not make a safety-critical driving decision based only on an AI translation.
14. Educational Use and Driving Safety
Our courses are educational resources.
They do not replace:
- supervised practical driving;
- professional driving instruction where needed;
- the Highway Code;
- current UK road law;
- DVSA guidance; or
- your own responsibility to drive safely.
You must follow UK road law and any licence or supervision requirements that apply to you.
Do not attempt to copy a driving example from a video where road conditions make that action unsafe or unlawful.
15. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and any guarantee clearly stated on the product page at the time you purchase.
Where TestFailAnalysis™ or another product includes a money-back promise, the exact conditions of that promise will form part of your purchase.
To request a refund, contact:
support@ahmeddrivingacademy.com
Please provide:
- your name;
- your purchase email address; and
- your order details.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy removes rights that you have under UK consumer law.
16. Your Statutory Rights
If you purchase as a consumer, you have rights under UK consumer law.
Digital content must meet the legal standards that apply to it, including being:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for its intended purpose; and
- as described.
Services must also be provided with reasonable care and skill where those legal requirements apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
17. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to Ahmed Driving Academy and its Services belongs to Ahmed Driving Academy Ltd or the relevant rights holder.
This includes, where applicable:
- course videos;
- TestFailAnalysis™;
- TheoryPass30™;
- course structures;
- training methods;
- written content;
- graphics;
- diagrams;
- photographs;
- audio;
- animations;
- downloadable resources;
- website content;
- branding;
- logos; and
- software or learning-platform content.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the purchased learning material for your own learning.
It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
18. Content You Must Not Copy or Share
Unless we give you written permission, you must not:
- copy our course content;
- screen-record course videos;
- download videos where downloading is not provided;
- reproduce course materials;
- share your login;
- upload our videos to another website;
- share course files through messaging apps or file-sharing services;
- sell or resell our materials;
- publish substantial parts of our course;
- create a competing course using copied ADA materials; or
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
We may suspend or terminate access where we have reasonable evidence of serious copyright infringement, account sharing or unauthorised redistribution.
This does not affect any legal rights you have to use material under applicable copyright law.
19. Acceptable Use
You must not use our websites, platform or Services to:
- break the law;
- commit fraud;
- gain unauthorised access to another account;
- interfere with our website or systems;
- upload malicious software;
- attempt to bypass access controls;
- scrape protected course content at scale;
- abuse staff or other users;
- impersonate another person; or
- use our systems in a way designed to damage or disrupt the Service.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our systems and users from such activity.
20. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion or other feedback to Ahmed Driving Academy, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You allow us to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including displaying or promoting reviews, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.
We will not knowingly change a genuine review in a way that materially misrepresents what the reviewer said.
Where a review was incentivised, this should be disclosed where required by law.
21. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our Services.
These may include services for:
- website hosting;
- ecommerce;
- payments;
- video hosting;
- analytics;
- email;
- AI features; and
- other technology.
For example, our online store may use Shopify and our payment systems may use external payment processors.
Your purchase is made from Ahmed Driving Academy Ltd, not Shopify or another technology provider.
Some third-party services may also have their own terms or privacy policies.
22. Website and Platform Availability
We aim to keep our Services available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may happen because of:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- hosting problems;
- internet outages;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- third-party service failures; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will work to restore access within a reasonable period.
23. Our Responsibility to You
We provide our Services with the standard of care required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible simply because you fail a driving or theory test after using one of our courses.
We also do not promise that purchasing a course will remove the need for further driving lessons, practice or professional instruction.
If you use our Services as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires it.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected when the contract was made.
24. Business Use
Our standard courses are primarily sold for personal learning.
If you purchase or use our Services for a business, driving school, instructor training operation, resale or commercial purpose, you must obtain our permission unless the product expressly allows that type of use.
Commercial licences may have separate terms.
25. Suspending or Ending Access
We may suspend or terminate an account if there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Examples include:
- account sharing;
- fraudulent payment activity;
- unauthorised distribution of course materials;
- attacks against our systems; or
- unlawful use of our Services.
Where appropriate, we may first contact you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Ending access because of your serious breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
26. Privacy
We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
- what data we collect;
- why we use it;
- who we share it with;
- how long we keep it; and
- your data-protection rights.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information may need to be processed by technology providers that help us run the website, payments and learning platform.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Services, technology or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date.
Changes will not remove rights that you already have under a completed purchase or applicable law.
If a change has a material effect on an active paid Service, we may notify affected users by email or through their account.
28. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If a court or other competent authority decides that one part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
29. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have given up that right.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Nothing in this section prevents you from using a court that applicable consumer law allows you to use.
31. Complaints
If you have a problem with a purchase or our Services, please contact us first so we can investigate it.
